Due to the Cayman model having no window frames, when plastic/poly windows are fitted to race cars the top of the window pulls away from the car at high speed. We make these lightweight frames to keep the windows where they should be.
Initially we tried spot light brackets, and also cables which all helped up to a certain speed. Over about 120/130mph the windows would pull outwards creating a lot of noise, distration and allowing water into the vehicle on a rainy day.
